Q: "Do you ship outside of the US?"
Only for flat mail, like sticker orders. Keychains are only available for US orders at the moment.
Q: "How much is shipping & handling?"
Flat mail domestic orders are free
Shipping for keychains is $5-$6 and will depend on the delivery address
Flat mail international orders will be $1.20
Q: "Is there a tracking number?"
For all keychain orders, yes, there will be a tracking number.
For flat mail orders, no, there is no tracking, and I do not offer tracking.
Q: "I haven't received my order/What if my order is damaged from shipping?"
If you think your order is lost in the mail, or if it's been received in damaged condition beyond all reason, please contact me! I'm sure we can work something out!
Q: "What is your refund policy?"
All sales are final! Once you receive your order undamaged, there are no refunds.
Q: "Will you have more merch? Will you make merch of [character]?"
Hmmmm I'd like to! Art isn't my full time job, so I only have so much time and mental energy to dedicate to creating merch. I'm also a very, very slow artist.
